ZC999 Terms and Conditions — What Every Pakistani Player Needs to Know

Welcome to ZC999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and ZC999 ("ZC999," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the ZC999 website at zc999.ws, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ZC999. These Terms apply to all services offered by ZC999, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, Teen Patti, poker and any promotional or bonus offers. They apply to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan or the device they use to access ZC999.

ZC999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account or through an on-site notification. Continued use of ZC999 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

To use ZC999's real-money services, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a password. You may also be asked to provide your full name and date of birth for identity verification purposes. All information provided must be accurate, complete and current.

ZC999 operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held on those accounts may be voided following investigation.

• You must be the registered owner of any payment method used on ZC999.
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• ZC999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login details.
• You must notify ZC999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support.
• ZC999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal.

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to use ZC999. These are non-negotiable and apply to every player without exception.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ZC999 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any deposits made may be returned to the original payment source.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

All financial transactions on ZC999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZC999 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are currently accepted on ZC999: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are generally processed instantly for mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT deposits settle within the same business day. Card deposits may be subject to your card issuer's processing time. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. ZC999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ZC999 account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• The same payment method used for deposit must generally be used for withdrawal of the deposited amount.
• ZC999 may request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount triggers a compliance review threshold.
• Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash process within ten minutes. IBFT bank transfers settle within the same business day.
• ZC999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for investigation purposes if the transaction triggers an automated fraud or money laundering flag.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once cannot be withdrawn — a single-rollover requirement applies to all deposits to prevent the platform from being used as a payment processing intermediary.

ZC999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These are intended to enhance gameplay and reward activity on the platform. Every bonus offered by ZC999 is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is claimed. The following general bonus rules apply to all ZC999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is displayed for each offer — typically between 15× and 30× the bonus amount. This requirement must be met within the stated validity period.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (including Teen Patti and live roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Sports betting contributes based on odds and market type. Exact contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus has an expiry period starting from the date it is claimed. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. The associated winnings from expired bonus balances are also forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one ZC999 bonus can be active on an account at any given time. A player must complete or forfeit the current active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Eligibility: ZC999 reserves the right to exclude individual players or player groups from specific promotions. Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts or through fraudulent activity will be voided and the account suspended.
• Forfeiture: If you make a withdrawal request while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The withdrawal will then proceed from the real-money balance only.

All games available on ZC999 operate according to their individual published rules. The general principles below apply across all ZC999 gaming products:

• The result of any game round is determined at the moment the round concludes. No retrospective adjustments can be made once a round is completed and the result is displayed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ZC999's systems record the state of the game at the time of disconnection. When the player reconnects, the game state is restored. If the game concluded during the disconnection, the result stands as recorded by the server.
• Any game malfunction — including software bugs, graphical errors or system failures — that affects the correct operation of a game round will result in that round being voided and all stakes returned to the player. ZC999 does not pay out on rounds affected by a technical malfunction.
• ZC999 operates a real-time monitoring system that checks for unusual betting patterns. Bets placed in patterns consistent with exploitation of a technical error or mathematical vulnerability will be voided.
• For sports betting specifically, ZC999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a pricing error, provided the correction is made before the event commences.

Individual game rules for Teen Patti, Poker, Aviator, crash games, live casino and sports betting are published on the relevant ZC999 section pages and within the game interfaces themselves. Where there is any conflict between a game's individual rules and these general Terms, the general Terms take precedence.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZC999. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where relevant, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, identity fraud or any attempt to deceive ZC999's payment systems.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one ZC999 account simultaneously or registering after a previous account has been closed without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at multi-player tables to gain an unfair advantage. This includes signalling card holdings, agreeing to split pots or chip dumping in poker and Teen Patti formats.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated betting software to place bets or interact with ZC999's systems.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear bonuses with minimal exposure, or any coordinated group strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Money laundering: Using ZC999 as a mechanism for processing, disguising or legitimising funds obtained through illegal activity. ZC999 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Minors gambling: Allowing or facilitating the access of a person under the age of 18 to a ZC999 account, whether knowingly or through negligent sharing of credentials.

ZC999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on ZC999 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a way to earn income or resolve financial difficulties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZC999's liability to any player in connection with the use of ZC999 is limited to the amount of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. ZC999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress, arising from the use of ZC999 whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

ZC999 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain high uptime standards and continuously monitor platform performance, ZC999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, unexpected technical failures or third-party service interruptions (including payment provider outages) may temporarily affect availability. ZC999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.

Either you or ZC999 may close a ZC999 account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting support at support@zc999.ws or using the self-exclusion function in account settings. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to pending wagering requirements being cleared or forfeited.

ZC999 may suspend or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback requests or payment fraud.
• Detection of multi-accounting.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A court or regulatory order requiring suspension or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ZC999 will communicate with the player via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance returned. If a violation is confirmed, the account will remain closed and balances may be voided depending on the nature of the violation.

ZC999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For changes that materially affect player rights or the operation of bonuses or payments, ZC999 will provide advance notice via email to registered players with a reasonable period (typically 14 days) before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use ZC999 after the effective date of any change, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should close your ZC999 account before the effective date and request withdrawal of any balance to your registered payment method. ZC999 cannot retroactively reverse the application of updated Terms to accounts that remain open after the effective date.
